This is the alternative christmas meal I created for the 'WI Cook of the Year Competition' we also had it for christmas dinner.
The turkey breasts were stuffed with pork, apricots, prunes, chestnuts and orange then wrapped in bacon. I sauteed the shredded sprouts with nigella seeds and the carrots were blanched and tossed in butter, honey and thyme.
Brian Turner loved it as did all the crew from Stoves.
